While he appears to be very bright, Lotto is still working on his house training. He is not yet fully house-trained, so he is looking for a patient family who can offer consistent guidance and a steady routine. He also would do best in a home without cats, but has dobe fine with other small dogs. Lotto found his way right into the heart of a family that volunteers at Safe Haven, and they have decided to sponsor his adoption fee! To make his transition as smooth as possible, Lotto comes fully prepared: he is up to date on all vaccinations, has been microchipped, and was recently neutered.
