Terra - Pomeranian Dog for Adoption in Thornwood, New York

Sweet Terra made her way from a puppy mill in South Korea to New York in search of her forever home. She’s about 2 years old and 6.5 pounds of adorable personality. Her foster family lovingly calls her their “little bat” because of her cute little face and ears.
Terra loves people, is great with kids and other dogs, and despite her tiny size, she confidently claims her spot as the alpha! She loves her bones and toys and is happiest and most confident inside the home.

She’s still learning the ropes of home life, working on housebreaking, and gaining confidence outdoors, which can still be a little scary for her.

Terra has come so far—now she just needs her person so we can help her write her happily ever after final chapter.

The Pomeranian is a small dog breed known for its vibrant personality and fluffy coat. Originating from Pomerania in Central Europe, these dogs are intelligent, alert, and exceptionally friendly, making them excellent companions for both individuals and families. Pomeranians require regular grooming to maintain their luxurious double coat, which can come in various colors. Despite their small size, they are lively and confident, often displaying a curious nature and playful demeanor that endears them to their owners.
