At 7 years old, this distinguished Pomeranian gentleman has developed a refined appreciation for the finer things in life:
- Personal space
-Quiet surroundings
-Being approached respectfully
-Meals served privately
-Men (they seem to be his favorite subjects)
-The ability to choose when affection happens

Think of Bongo as a cat who accidentally downloaded himself into a dog body.
Will he smother you with kisses the second you meet him? Absolutely not.
Will he demand constant attention? Also no.
Will he slowly decide you're worthy of his trust and then grace you with affection when he feels like it?
Now we're talking.
Bongo came from a difficult past that left him unsure about the world. He's still learning that leashes aren't scary, people can be kind, and life doesn't have to be so hard. Because of this, he's looking for an adult-only home where things move at his pace.
His ideal household would include:
- A calm environment
- Someone home often
- Humans who understand that relationships are built, not rushed
- Respect for his personal dining preferences (he likes to eat separately from other pets)
The shelter sees a cautious little dog. His foster family sees something more:
