~~Although we do our very best to make sure your new pup is in tiptop health before adoption,
things could drastically change a month later. Since we don’t have a long health history of your
adopted dog, we can only treat the pet for whatever symptoms present during the initial exam
and follow up exams.~
Health: ***** No obvious health issues found during vet exam *****
Temperament: If you’re looking for a small dog with a big heart, Bixby may be your perfect match! At just 10 months old and around 13.5 pounds, Bixby is a lovable young pup who is ready to begin the next chapter of his life with a family of his own.
Bixby can be a little shy when meeting someone new, but it doesn’t take long for his sweet personality to shine through. Once he feels comfortable, he quickly becomes a total lovebug who enjoys attention, affection, and being close to his people. His gentle nature and happy spirit make him an absolute joy to spend time with.
One of Bixby’s most special features is his unique coat coloring—he truly has a look all his own! He is friendly with people, gets along well with other dogs, and would enjoy having a canine companion in his forever home. Bixby is also kennel trained and is currently working on his leash skills. With patience, encouragement, and a little practice, he will continue making wonderful progress.
Bixby is a good boy with so much love to give. He’s playful, affectionate, and eager to find someone who will help him grow into the best dog he can be. If you’re ready for a sweet, one-of-a-kind companion who will adore you right back, Bixby is waiting to meet you! --
