This little girl is a looker at heart and she absolutely knows it. Chanel is spunky, affectionate, playful, and has the kind of personality that gets attention everywhere she goes. With her tiny size and gorgeous fluffy coat, it’s nearly impossible to walk past her without stopping to say hello!
