Meet Jack!

Jack is about 2 years old and, after spending 10 long months in a shelter, he is finally getting the chance to learn what it feels like to be safe and loved.

Jack absolutely loves other dogs and would enjoy having a canine friend to help show him the ropes. He’s also a big fan of stuffed toys and loves spending time outside, where he can explore and take in the world around him.

After so much time in the shelter, Jack is still learning that people are good and that he is safe. Each day, he is gaining confidence and discovering that life can be filled with kindness, comfort, and love. He isn’t looking for someone to rush him—he needs a patient, understanding person who will give him the time and space he needs to blossom.

Jack has already waited a long time for his chance. Now he just needs someone willing to show him that he never has to be afraid or alone again. ❤ï ̧

With a little patience and a lot of love, we know this sweet boy is going to make an incredible companion.

Nor do we work on a 'first come first served' basis, but rather strive to find the best match for the personality of each dog.
As part of our adoption process, references both personal and veterinarian will be checked. Sadie's also requires a home visit before we adopt any of our dogs out; therefore we only adopt to our local WNY region. Please only apply if you are serious about adopting as placing each foster dog in the best home takes time and effort by our volunteers.
