For the first three years of his life, Chance was one of many dogs living in a hoarding situation. He didn’t get the individual love, attention, or experiences every dog deserves. But now? It’s finally his turn.

Chance is a 3-year-old neutered Pit mix, and despite everything he’s been through, this boy has SO much love to give.

One of the most beautiful things about Chance is how welcoming he is. After coming from a situation where life could have made him fearful or guarded, he still looks at the world with an open heart. He’s learning what it means to be a beloved family dog, and he’s doing an amazing job.

He doesn’t need someone to feel sorry for where he came from.

He needs someone excited about where he’s going.

Maybe that’s morning walks, a spot on the couch, a canine or feline sibling, ridiculous amounts of belly rubs, and finally hearing the words he’s waited three years to hear:

“Chance, you’re home.”

He came from a home with too many dogs and not enough chances.
