Meet Ellie

Ellie came to us as stray with a severe skin infection and was understandably scared of her surroundings. At first she was even nervous about touch and unsure of new people, but she has been warming up quickly and is now a staff favorite.

She's a gentle girl who keeps her kennel clean, doesn't jump up on people and loves quiet reassurance. We have no known history with children but she has shown gentle tail wags towards other dogs through the kennel, though she has not officially introduced yet.

Ellie is looking for a patient home that will continue helping her build confidence and show her the kindness she deserves.
