Narwhal is a silly puppy that is looking for a family willing to help him grow.
Narhwal came in as a stray. He was/is underweight, some irritated skin areas on his tail, and a very odd bump in the middle of his head.
Hence the name, Narhwal. Cause of his cute little horn! It doesn't bother him, his other skin problem spots are healing, and he is gaining his weight back. Overall, he is off to being a healthy boy again.
When he is neutered, our vet will try removing the bump on his head, but there is a chance there will always be a little something there.
We say it makes him unique and live up to his name!
We aren't sure what his past has been in his few months of life, but it seems it maybe wasn't great. He has some fears and uncertainties. Luckily, his reaction is not aggressive!! He just lacks confidence and is uncertain.
His perfect home would be someone with patience and willingness to teach him what the world is and how to be confident in it!
As for four legged friends...a cat booped him on the nose and he thought his life was over. He didn't try to do anything to the cat, just scared. We think he could live in a home with cats.
Dogs, a dog might help him learn how to dog. We certainly think he could live with other dogs.
If you're looking for a puppy with a true rescue story, this is your boy, he needs you. Primary Color: Tan Weight: 19lbs Age: 0yrs 7mths 1wks
