Eve is still settling in, and every day reveals a little more of the sweet, affectionate girl she truly is. While she appreciates quiet, gentle introductions and likes to take her time getting comfortable, one thing is already very clear: Eve's favorite place is wherever her person happens to be.

This gentle soul is the gentlest giver of kisses and a devoted companion who happily shadows her humans through the day. Whether you're working at your desk, relaxing on the couch, tackling household chores, or simply enjoying a quiet moment, Eve is content to be right by your side. She isn't demanding about where she lounges either. The couch, her crate, a cozy spot on the floor nearby, they're all perfect as long as she's close to her people.

Eve handles stairs like a pro and enjoys stretching her legs with short backyard zoomies and leisurely neighborhood walks. In fact, walks might just be at the top of her list of favorite activities. She remains hopeful that one day a squirrel will agree to be her friend, though the local squirrel population has yet to share her enthusiasm!

Unlike many dogs, Eve hasn't shown much interest in chew toys unless they're edible. A tasty collagen treat is one of the quickest ways to keep her happily occupied and makes an excellent reward for this deserving girl.

As she continues to decompress, we can't wait to discover more of Eve's adorable quirks. What we already know is that she's a loving, loyal companion who thrives on companionship, enjoys life's simple pleasures, and is happiest spending time with her favorite humans.
