Panda is a 46 month old pittie mix with a truly incredible story of resilience. When she was rescued, she was severely injured and neglected, requiring months of intensive veterinary care to recover. Thanks to the dedication of her rescuers and veterinary team, Panda has made an amazing transformation and is now ready for her next chapter.
Right now, Panda urgently needs a foster to step up for her. After spending months recovering, she deserves a safe and loving home environment where she can continue building confidence and learning that the world isnt such a scary place.
Because of everything shes been through, Panda can be nervous and takes time to warm up to new people and environments. She does best when given the opportunity to decompress at her own pace and build trust gradually. Once she feels safe, her sweet and loving personality starts to shine.
Panda is wonderful with cats and loves other dogs. In a new home, she benefits from having time to settle in before meeting new canine friends, but she truly enjoys the companionship of other dogs once shes comfortable.
As a young puppy, Panda still needs socialization and positive experiences to help her become the confident dog shes meant to be. A patient foster home would make a tremendous difference in her life and help prepare her for a forever family.
