He's good with other dogs, but this boy has approximately 3,000 puppy thoughts per minute and can be a LOT sometimes. He'll need a tolerant canine friend who doesn't mind his enthusiastic play style and occasional lack of personal space.

Speak Up! is super affectionate, loves his people, and is still working on those pesky things called manners. Sit politely? We're getting there. Keeping all four paws on the floor? That's a developing skill.
