Meet Caleb

I'm Caleb... and even though I'm only about 3 months old, I've already learned that the world can be a scary place.

Someone dumped me and left me all alone to survive. I didn't understand why. I was just a baby. I wandered the streets frightened, hungry, and covered in itchy, biting fleas, hoping someone kind would notice me.

Then everything changed.

An angel stopped for me. They scooped me into their arms, promised I was safe, and showed me that not all humans give up on little souls like me. They searched everywhere for my family. I wasn't wearing a collar or ID, and I wasn't microchipped. I was posted on shelter pages and lost-and-found sites, but no one ever came looking.

For a little while, that hurt.

But now I've realized something... maybe my family isn't the one that left me behind. Maybe they're still out there, waiting to find me.

I'm a sweet 3-month-old male Pittie with a heart that's somehow still full of love. I adore everyone I meet—kids, dogs, and even cats! I already know some basic commands because I'm eager to learn and even more eager to make my people proud.

My favorite things are chasing my toys, giving kisses, snuggling close, and reminding everyone that love can heal even the saddest beginnings.

What I need now is someone who sees me not as the puppy who was abandoned, but as the best friend who's been waiting for them all along. A family with bully breed experience who will never make me wonder where I belong again.
