Finn is a handsome young pit mix who came to us after being found wandering the streets of Duxbury. Despite the uncertainty hes experienced, Finn has adjusted to shelter life in Pembroke, MA incredibly well and continues to show us what a special dog he is.

This boy LOVES to be involved in life. Hes energetic, playful, and thrives on movement, engagement, and connection with his people. But underneath all that goofy energy? Finn is also a huge cuddle bug who genuinely loves affection and being close to his humans

Since arriving, Finn has been building strong routines and responding really well to structure and guidance. Like many young dogs, he can get excited easily, but hes also shown a great ability to settle and regulate when given consistency and clear expectations.

Someone willing to continue training and confidence building
Finn has shown some resource guarding behaviors around items, so he will need an adopter who understands the importance of management, consistency, and positive reinforcement. With the right approach, this is absolutely something that can continue to improve over time.
