Hi, I'm Link. I'm a pretty smart fellow, if I do say so myself. I was potty trained by the time I was 3 months old and know "sit" and "come." Right nowI'm learning "give paw" and "lay down." I could probably master them already, but I enjoy the learning process-it comes with lots of treats.
I really love spending time with my human friends. When they leave the room, I get a little sad, but I get over it pretty quickly. I can't wait until they let me roam freely around the house so I can be with them all the time. In the meantime, I spend much of my day in the kitchen or in my kennel when they're gone for longer periods. It's not ideal, but I usually sleep through it. At night, I stay in the kennel too, which I don't mind since I'm sleeping anyway.

I haven't lived with little kids or other dogs yet, but I'm pretty sure I'd like them too. Not much makes me grumpy or scared. I've played with other dogs at the park a few times, and I absolutely loved it. I enjoy wrestling with dogs that want to play, and I steer clear of dogs that growl at me. For the most part, I'm confident, playful, curious, and interactive. I do a lot of exploring with my mouth because everything tastes so interesting. My owner reminds me that my puppy teeth can be sharp, so I try to be careful. Then he gives me a bone to chew on, which makes me happy too.
