Millicent is a true mystery, she was picked up by Animal Control during a thunderstorm, we knew in an instant she was deaf and in heat. We are blessed to have her in our care and not alone on the streets. — she has a heart as fluffy and playful as a puppy's, and she's eager to find her forever home. Could it be with you?
