Meet Marlee
Marlee has been with Noah's Arc for about four months, and during that time she has completely won over the hearts of our volunteers. Every day, her personality shines a little brighter, and we've loved watching her confidence grow.
We believe Marlee is a double merle, giving her her striking, one-of-a-kind appearance. Double merle dogs can sometimes have vision and/or hearing impairments, but Marlee doesn't let anything slow her down. She approaches life with enthusiasm and has so much love to give.
Marlee loves to run, play, and especially play fetch. She has an energetic, fun-loving side, but once she's had a chance to burn off some energy, she's happiest soaking up affection from her people. She is incredibly sweet, loves attention, and has become a favorite among our volunteers because of her gentle, loving nature.
Like many shelter dogs, Marlee is still working on her leash manners and will benefit from continued training and consistency. She's eager to learn, and with patience and positive reinforcement, we know she'll continue to make great progress.
Marlee is looking for a family that will appreciate her playful spirit, understand her unique needs, and give her the loving home she deserves. In return, she'll reward them with loyalty, affection, and a lifetime of companionship.
If you think Marlee could be the perfect addition to your family, we'd love for you to come meet this special girl.
All of our animals are spayed or neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, current on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments encountered during veterinary exams. Dogs are heartworm negative, and cats are tested for Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV). The adoption fee covers a portion of these services and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals in need.
An application does not obligate you to adopt. If your application is considered a good fit for the animal you are interested in-or even a different pet-a volunteer will be in touch as soon as possible.
Noah's Arc is staffed entirely by volunteers, and our shelter is not open to the public. Meet-and-greets are by appointment only. Thank you for considering adoption and giving a rescue pet the loving home they deserve!
