Mateo is a Velcro puppy who loves being right there with his human and "helping" with whatever they’re doing. He’s a playful, outgoing, friendly little boy who never meets a stranger either human or animal. He LOVES playing with other dogs and would do best in a household where someone is home often and he has at least one other playful doggie friend to keep him company. With his puppy energy and play bites, he does still need some correction from older dogs on occasion and can be too much some more laid back, lazy pets, though he responds well to their guidance. Likewise, with human kids, Mateo loves pretty much everyone but might get a bit too rough in his play for very young kids while he is still learning what is and isn’t acceptable. Once he gets his wiggles out for the day, Mateo loves to snuggle up under the covers with his person for a nap. He is very food motivated and with time and treats, he will learn his manners quickly. He is very social and can’t to meet his new forever best friend!

All our pets are microchipped, spayed/neutered, and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives.
