Ceebee has the kind of expression that makes you wonder what exactly is going through her head when she looks at you, because she is clearly taking everything in and filing it away somewhere.
She is timid and still figuring out how much of the world she feels comfortable letting in, but she has already shown us that a gentle approach, a little patience, and something tasty can make the conversation considerably more productive.

Ceebee allows handling, takes treats beautifully, and there is something rather endearing about watching her slowly realize that perhaps not every person who reaches toward her is going to ask more of her than she is ready to give.
She is still learning the whole walking-on-a-leash business, so Ceebee now just needs someone who will let her practice without making a production out of it, give her some room to decompress, and allow confidence to arrive at its own pace.
She is being treated for cherry eye, on October 27th 2026, which makes a calm place to recover even more important.
