Phoenix is currently thriving in her foster home with other dogs and has quickly shown that her favorite place is right by her persons side. If youre looking for a loyal companion, shes your girl! She absolutely loves physical affection and is happiest when shes leaning against you, cuddling, or simply being close.

Shes a smart girl who is incredibly food motivated, so training with treats is a breeze! Phoenix is also crate trained and has slept in her crate every night her whole life. She happily goes into her crate on command.

She enjoys having a fenced yard to run and play in and prefers to do her business off-leash, so a fenced yard would be ideal for her.

Phoenix does need some work on leash manners since she can pull quite a bit, but with consistency and positive reinforcement, shell continue to improve.

Her previous family shared that she does best with dogs around her own size. They also felt shed be a better fit with older children rather than little ones, though she has not yet been tested with children in her foster home.
