Meet Hambone!


Thanksgiving is all about giving thanks, and we are thankful to have Hambone with us. He was rescued around the Thanksgiving holiday, and now he goes by Hammy for short.

This pup is absolutely adorable, with his big, cuddly body and pearly white teeth. No, really, he loves to smile at you! When Hambone flashes that smile, you know its time to give him all the love and pets he can get. He also loves to run around, sometimes crawl around, and he even likes to jump around. Truly, Hambone is full of personality! Hambone walks well on the leash and knows how to sit and lay down. Hambone has also shown to be quite dog social at the shelter and loves to play with other dogs. We've been working on teaching him basics like 'sit' and 'down'....and an extra-special command 'cheeeeeeese' to try and develop his wonderful penchant for grinning into an on-command trick!

Hambone would be forever grateful for someone to welcome him into their home and give him all the love and care he deserves. Are you that someone?
