Pit Bull Terrier Dogs Available for Adoption in Kent, Washington

Hi! My name is Kathy and I am available for adoption. I was brought in by a good Samaritan on 04/20/2026 I am a gentle and loving dog who likes to take things slow. I may get nervous in new situations, so I am looking for a family who understands that I might take some time to warm up. Once I get to know you, I become an an affectionate lovebug who will cuddle up with you at home! I weigh 76lbs and am considered a large breed dog. I am also a very smart gal! At the shelter I am practicing how to sit! I am still working on my manners, so I would do best with a family who is willing to work with me and help me become the best dog I can be! I am full of energy and I love to play with my toys, get scritches and sometimes play with other dogs! I tend to calm down more when the people and pets around me stay calm. I do best when I have lots of exercise and something to keep my mind busy. When meeting new doggy friends, it is best to start with a slow introduction. I can get very excited about new friends, but I've made a few while being here at the shelter!
