DESCRIPTION
Meet Sweetart, a 1-year-old cutie whose name fits her perfectly! This friendly, affectionate girl is as sweet as can be-she loves pets, gives kisses, and greets the world with her signature wiggle butt. Smart as well as sweet, Sweetart already knows "Sit" and is eager to keep learning, especially if it means more attention and love from her people. She's ready to trade shelter life for a cozy home filled with cuddles, playtime, and adventures. Sweetart can't wait to find her forever family and shower them with all the love in her big heart!
Sweetart would love to meet any potential canine siblings! Our staff will carefully handle all dog-to-dog introductions at the shelter to ensure a great match. Feel free to bring your pup along when you come to meet her!
Sweetart was able to go on a Dog Day Out and this is what they said, "We took Sweet Tart out for a quick outing, and she was such a joy! She rode calmly in the car, happily devoured a pup cup, and enjoyed nearly an hour-long walk. She stayed relaxed the whole time-never barking and always keeping her cool."
Sweetart is spayed, microchipped, up to date on her vaccinations, and ready for her forever home! ...
ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
The Pit Bull Terrier is a resilient and loyal breed known for its muscular build and loving nature. Originally bred for bull baiting and later dog fighting, Pit Bulls today are beloved family pets cherished for their gentle temperament and playful personality. With proper training and socialization, Pit Bull Terriers make affectionate companions that thrive on human interaction. Recognized for their strength and agility, these dogs require regular exercise and mental stimulation to channel their energy positively, reinforcing their reputation as devoted and trainable pets.
