This sweet girl is still filling out and gaining some healthy weight, and she’s already making wonderful progress with good care and nutrition. What doesn't need any work at all is her loving personality… Silhouette is naturally friendly, social, and eager to be part of whatever you’re doing. She enjoys being around people, gets along well with other dogs, and brings a warm, easygoing energy wherever she goes.

She’s the kind of dog who will happily greet you at the door, follow you around like your little shadow, and remind you daily how special second chances can be. Silhouette has truly left her past behind and is ready to step into a life full of love, stability, and belonging.

*We coordinate with multiple transport services that operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states from Texas to your state or a neighboring state. These are ground transports using third party vehicles (vans/buses) converted for dog transport. Each adopter has the ability to track the van using the app Life360, and receives updates from transport along the way. Facebook chats are another resource to stay informed on tracking dogs on transport. Please be able to use one of these available services if you wish to follow your adopted dog on transport.

*Our adoption fees are based on the vetting we put into each dog. Fees for puppies (under 12 months) are higher because they require more vetting than dogs over 1 year.

*Listed breed and age are based on a best guess estimation by rescue and veterinary staff; DNA tests are not included in adoption.

*Our adopters are eligible to receive 50% off training with Curbed Behaviors Dog Training for programs booked within 30 days of adoption, and 25% off programs booked within 60-90 days of adoption.

*All of our adopters are invited to join our “Alum Pupdates” Facebook group, to share their story and their adorable pup with fellow Sunnyside Street Dogs adopters!
