Kirby is a stellar house dog with excellent indoor manners. She is fully house-trained, letting you know she needs to go out by simply standing by the door. She is completely trustworthy when left alone for several hours and does not need to be crated, though she will happily hide away when the scary vacuum cleaner comes out.

This happy girl has a fun-loving energy and loves going for walks, playing, and riding in the car. She walks well on a leash, though she is strong and needs an attentive handler when squirrels cross her path. Kirby is highly treat-motivated, sits beautifully for rewards, and is doing great learning not to jump when she gets excited to greet people.

Kirby absolutely adores children, but she should be the only pet in her new home. She does not like cats or dogs her own size, and her playful energy is a bit too much for smaller dogs.
