Hey, my name is Drake! I am a handsome chunk with a big heart. I have beautiful brown eyes and a stunning grey and white coat. I am very friendly with people and love giving kisses and getting pets. One of my favorite things is sitting down with my foster human and getting love while relaxing. I also enjoy play time! Some of my favorite toys are large ropes and bones that I like to run after when thrown (I have not quite figured out the bring it back part--working on it!). I am not cat reactive and do well in a house, especially if there is a comfy bed for me to sleep on. I have done well being in a crate including overnight (up to 8ish hours). I just need some encouragement like food or a treat to go in. The shelter I came from said that I am dog friendly. I have been left alone in a backyard and did not dig or be destructive. I need a bit of basic manner training, but I am super smart and can learn quick! I walk well on a leash and love walks and exploring--just know that I am a bigger boy and can pull when excited. At times, I can have a good amount of energy and may jump up on people, so a family who can work with me on that would be best. I am a confident guy who loves car rides and can even jump into cars and trucks by myself (no need to pick me up unless you drive a monster truck!). I take treats nicely and cannot wait to be spoiled in my new forever home. I am ready to start this next chapter of my life with a family who will give me the love and attention I so deserve.
