Meet Aurelio!

Aurelio is an approximately two-month-old Pit Bull/Lab mix puppy who is as handsome as he is lovable. With his striking crystal-blue eyes, adorable brindle coat, little white "socks," floppy ears, and the cutest curly tail, he's the kind of puppy that turns heads everywhere he goes. His sweet face and soulful eyes are impossible to resist!

Aurelio is the perfect combination of playful, smart, and snuggly. He's always ready for fun and has never met a toy he didn't love. Big toys, little toys, squeaky toys, stuffed toys he doesn't discriminate! He'll happily chase them, play fetch, toss them around, chew on them, or invent his own games. One of the cutest things about Aurelio is that he's already great at entertaining himself with his toy collection, making him a fun and independent little guy while you're busy around the house.

When he's not busy playing, Aurelio loves spending time with his people. He enjoys wrestling during playtime, soaking up attention, and ending the day with plenty of cuddles. His gentle, affectionate personality makes him just as happy snuggled up beside you as he is running around the yard.

Aurelio is growing up alongside his litter mates and absolutely loves playing with other dogs. Wrestling, chasing each other around the yard, and sharing toys are some of his favorite activities. Because he's so social, he'd love a forever home with another playful dog to continue his puppy adventures and help show him the ropes.

This handsome boy is also incredibly smart and eager to learn. He's very treat motivated, which makes training both fun and rewarding. He loves figuring things out and is excited to learn all the skills he'll need to become an amazing lifelong companion.

Like all young puppies, Aurelio is still learning the basics. He's working on potty training, crate training, leash walking, and all the important puppy manners. His future family should be ready to continue his training with patience, consistency, positive reinforcement, and lots of love. Raising a puppy takes time and dedication, but the reward is a loyal best friend for years to come.

We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system, ensuring every pet travel safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Our transport includes drop off locations, in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for for Canadian adopters). You will have the opportunity to track their journey in real time, see photo updates, learn fun facts, connect with fellow adopters and fosters through our private Facebook event page!

Before the adoption is finalized, you will meet your pet through a video call, creating a fun and personalized experience!

The adoption fee is $1200 and includes all vetting (DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12 month heartworm preventative injectable, heartworm test and treatment if needed, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and priceless years of love and loyal companionship!

At our 2 acre Texas based property, we assess every animal with trainers on staff, we modify behavior as needed, and create individualized behavior plans to help prepare dogs for their future families including crate training, potty training, leash walking, etc. Our fosters are able to attend group training and socialization play groups helping them stay confident, well rounded, and adoption-ready. Our on-site trainers are dedicated to each dogs growth and we enjoy seeing their progress!

We go above and beyond to ensure every animal receives exceptional care. Veterinarians consistently praise our medical standards. From routine care to advanced treatments, each dog receives personalized attention. Hard costs for a healthy dog range from $804-$920; heartworm positive dogs or those needing specialized care can exceed $2,000+. Adoption fees help cover a portion of these expenses, but without government funding, we rely on fundraising to bridge the gap ranging from $100 - $1,000+ per dog.

Our adoption fees reflect the extensive care and resources that go into each animal we save. The adoption fee is a donation to the mission and goes far beyond getting a fully vetted pet.
