This sweet, spunky 2-year-old was recently surrendered to us and is now looking for a fresh start with a family to call her own. Penelope is full of energy and love-she's the kind of pup who's always ready for adventure and playtime. She's especially fond of kids and lights up around them!

Penelope has been around other dogs but can be a bit selective about who she chooses as her buddy. Cats, on the other hand, seem to have a calming effect on her.
