Molly is a sweet, affectionate, and incredibly smart 8-month-old puppy who is full of love and personality. She's happiest when she's playing with her foster brother, chewing on her favorite toys, snuggling up for cuddles, or taking a nap after a fun adventure.
Like any puppy, Molly is still learning the ropes. She's making great progress with her house training and already knows her name, "sit," and "no." She's eager to learn and picks things up quickly—she would likely excel at games like fetch and continued basic training.
Molly walks nicely on a harness and is learning leash manners. She enjoys playing in the backyard, exploring the park, and rides wonderfully in the car—often snoozing peacefully for the entire trip.
She has done well meeting new people and children and loves attention from everyone she meets. Because she is still a typical puppy who explores the world with her mouth, she'd do best with older children who understand puppy manners and can help reinforce her training.
Molly currently lives with another dog and enjoys having a canine playmate. She has shown no issues with other dogs she's encountered. She has not been tested with cats.
She sleeps through the night in her crate (with the door left open inside her puppy room) and can comfortably stay home alone for several hours without any problems.
As with many puppies, Molly is curious and loves to investigate everything around her. She is working through some mild food resource guarding, which has been improving with training and by feeding meals spread out instead of in a bowl.
