PERSONALITY TRAITS:
Catalpa is handsome as the night is long, boy does he love his ball, he's a happy guy who is treat motivated, happy to be involved, quiet in his kennel, easy to leash up and walks decent on leash as well. He does well with other dogs and could live with another playful dog like himself. Catalpa has really good manners and would do well with respectful children of all ages. He would love to show you how smart he is and how much he could learn with some positive reinforcement.

Here is what shelter staff and volunteers have to say about Catalpa:
Well hellllooooo, HANDSOME! This ridiculously good-looking pittie boy is as sweet as he is stunning! Catalpa is quiet in his kennel, easy to leash up, and happy to join you for whatever fun you have planned. His favorite hobby? BALL IS LIFE! Watching this goofy guy pounce around with his ball is guaranteed entertainment! He even rocked a pair of glasses like a total superstar Catalpa did great in playgroups with playful male and female dogs, and he may be a fit for a home with mannerly kiddos, too! This handsome, well-rounded lovebug deserves a family of his own. PLEASE, someone come get this boy before it's too late!
