Harley is extremely outgoing and super people friendly! He absolutely loves food, of all kinds, and loves to be involved!
He does flinch a lot, which makes me think someone was mean to him at some point.
He walks well on leash once you get him away from all the chaos.
He is very very loving. He does have plenty of energy, but it can be well placed by chasing after toys! Although he never brings them back lol. He is dog friendly! But does best with submissive dogs / pups!
