Jade - Pit Bull Terrier Dog for Adoption in Coquitlam, British Columbia

Jade has two faces, serious and silly. When we try and get pictures all we get is serious as she's laser focused on the treats! Jade arrived as a stray and was quite nervous and unsure of us. It took a little while for her to settle and we had some help from behavior medicine. Now Jade is so happy to see her friends we have to protect our heads as she's bonked a few folks and are working on curbing some of the over excitement.

Jade needs a dog savvy owner and isn't suited for first time people. Jade will need to continue working on her manners but she's smart and happy to please. She's probably a bit too much for kids and with no history we always err on the side of caution. We have not assessed her with cats.

We are still assessing her around other dogs but she's just been spayed so need to let her heal a bit more. At fences with our calm dogs she's done well so we are optimistic but will update when we know more.
