St. Luke - Pit Bull Terrier Dog for Adoption in Columbia, South Carolina

Meet St. Luke! This handsome 3 year old pittie mix came to us from a local shelter after he was shot in the leg and left as a stray. He was rushed to a vet and found to have a leg fracture, but luckily no other injuries. Despite his ordeal, Luke remains so loving and happy. His leg is fully healed now! He is a friendly, outgoing boy who just loves everyone he meets. He gets along with other dogs after proper introductions, walks well on a leash, and is working hard on his crate and household manners in foster. Luke does not do well with cats. He is also afraid of thunderstorms, and takes comfort in a thunder shirt and some good snuggles from staff. He is a goofy lover boy who is oh so ready for a home of his own!

We promised St. Luke that the rest of his life, would be the best of his life. Could that be with you?
