Claire is a beautiful seal gray pit terrier who is in the process of weaning nine awesome puppies. She is a great dog, listens well, walks great on a leash and never makes a mess in her kennel. She loves to go on long walks and would be perfect for someone who likes to walk, jog, bike or run as she will go slow or fast depending on her persons preference. She does well on the farm around large and small dogs, chickens, ducks and peacocks. She is a little reactive to cats if they run from her but she is learning chasing them is not allowed. She very much prefers women, and she has liked every women she has been around. She is reactive to men, is learning to trust men and that they will not hurt her or her puppies but her past around men may not have been good. She has done well around kids. She would make a wonderful addition to a family and would love her own yard and home to enjoy.
