Sweet Mama Petunia is ready for her next chapter — and this time, she gets to be the baby.

Petunia is an approximately 3-year-old Pit Bull mix with the gentlest soul. She came into rescue as a mama and has spent her time lovingly raising her babies, putting their needs before her own every step of the way.

Now her puppies are getting ready to leave for their forever homes, and Petunia’s turn is finally coming.

She is a sweet, gentle girl who deserves a home where she can relax, feel safe, and be loved simply for being Petunia. After giving so much of herself to her babies, we’d love nothing more than to see her spoiled rotten in a forever home of her own.

Her puppies begin heading home October 16th, and once her mama duties are officially behind her, Petunia will be ready for her own happily-ever-after.

MORE INFO: Every dog with Wilder Souls Rescue receives thorough veterinary care before adoption. Each pup is examined by our vet and treated for age-appropriate needs. This typically includes:
* Full health exam
* Deworming
* Core vaccines (Bordetella, DHPP series, Rabies)
* Microchipping
* Monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention

IMPORTANT: This dog has not yet been altered. Wilder Souls Rescue requires a $100 deposit in addition to the adoption fee, along with a strictly enforced Spay/Neuter Contract that states you must have this dog altered within 6 months of adoption. The $100 deposit will be returned once the contract has been fulfilled.

All of our dogs live in loving foster homes, where they can decompress, learn routines, and prepare for a smooth transition into their forever families.
