Josie is a sweet, affectionate terrier mix who is about 2 years old and 35 pounds. Shes a great in-between size—small enough to take along on adventures, but sturdy enough to keep up with an active family.

Josie loves to play and would do best with a playful dog sibling who enjoys running and romping. Shes currently in foster with two dogs and two cats. She has a very friendly, social personality and is wonderful with kids.

After playtime, Josie is happy to settle in beside her people for some serious snuggle time. Shes kennel trained and fully potty trained, too!

A fenced yard would be a wonderful bonus for this girl because she loves to run, zoom and explore. She does best with either no cats or confident cats who can handle her enthusiastic attempts at friendship.

And then theres Josies very special morning routine. When she realizes youre awake, she doesnt simply walk over for a hello. She slowly wiggles and slithers her way toward you in the sweetest little crawl, making her way over for her morning snuggle. Its pretty impossible not to smile when Josie comes in for her good morning love.
