About Truman
Truman is the perfect blend of couch potato and athlete. One minute he's running circles in the yard with his favorite ball, and the next, he's curled up under the covers spooning with you on the sofa. He is a true "velcro dog" who loves to be right by your side. Incredibly smart, eager to please, and deeply food-motivated, Truman thrives during training sessions-especially if there are crunchy snacks involved!

A few of Truman's favorite things:
- Playing fetch until his heart's content
- Cuddling, spooning, and sleeping under the covers
- Sunbathing in the yard or near a warm window
- Crunchy treats (he loves cucumbers!), cheese, and peanut butter

> People & Kids: Truman loves his humans fiercely! He would do best in an adults-only home or a household with older teenagers.
> Other Pets: Truman needs to be the only pet in the home (no dogs or cats).
> Living Space: Flexible! He handles apartment/city living well as long as he gets his exercise (but does not like being able to hear sounds in the hallway), but a home with a fenced yard or land to run around and explore would be a dream come true for him.
> Work Setup: Because Truman forms such deep bonds, he experiences separation anxiety when away from his human. He will thrive best with someone who works from home and has a flexible schedule so can prioritize spending quality time with him.
