He is very confident, mainly because he isn't thinking through his next move/ step. Chip is from the potato litter and was born on 8/12 in his foster home with his 8 siblings! His mom is Potato, a pitbul mix and the dad is unknown. In his foster home there are cats and large dogs that he is very used to! He is a young puppy and is still learning. He is not yet potty trained, but is a quick learner and once he gets some individualized attention should thrive.
