Bruno - Pit Bull Terrier and Labrador Retriever Dog for Adoption in Atlanta, Texas

Please see Bruno's TikTok video for all of his detailed information. He is a very special boy looking for a new home after the unexpected death of his owner. He is currently being cared for by her daughter but she needs to go back home to her job and sadly can't take Bruno with her.

Bruno is looking for a home that has a fenced-in yard. Without a fence, Bruno will be darting off, here and there, chasing squirrels across the highway and fighting raccoons and foxes. Nobody wants that.

He is 100% housetrained, vaccinated, and neutered. We think he's about 4 1/2 years old. He weighs 60lbs and wants to sit in your lap anytime you sit down on the floor. Bruno is the kind of dog that will follow you around and watch what you're doing. He's very curious and loves to be by your side. He's a people person. Except for the UPS man, he hates the UPS man.

We have DNA on Bruno and he is truly a Super Mutt, his family tree consists of over a dozen different breeds.

Note from Bruno's foster: "In February 2023, Bruno showed up on my parents’ doorstep, cold and alone. My mom started feeding him, and as the story always goes, he stuck around. They had him neutered and vaccinated and he became the adopted brother of their elderly chiweenie. In February 2024, my mom passed away unexpectedly; I moved to Texas for a couple of years to help take care of my brother with special needs, ease the transition, and handle her estate.
Since I can't stay here forever, and cannot take Bruno back to my small city apartment, Bruno will need to be rehomed."
