Pit Bull Terrier Dogs Available for Adoption in Alexander, Arkansas

4/20/26 Bailey is a beautiful, 2 year old pit bull terrier who came into rescue as an owner surrender. Sadly her leg has been broken in the past and never properly treated, so she does have an occasional limp. Most of the time it doesn't bother her and you would never know about it. She has had a really hard life up til now, and she deserves a chance to know what it's like to have a family of her own to love her. Bailey will start at the Arkansas Paws in Prison Foundation on 4/20, where she will spend 8 weeks learning all the things she needs to be the best version of herself. We would really love to have a home lined up for her once she graduates, or before if someone wanted to continue her training themselves. Bailey has gotten along well with other dogs. She does well with some cats, although she does best with cats who are not afraid of her. If they run from her, she will chase them. If they will approach her, she will allow them to rub all over her and will even cuddle with them.

She is located in Arkansas. She can be adopted locally, but transport is available to the New England area as well. Adopter must be able to pick up or arrange for someone to pick up for them in PA, NY, or CT on Saturdays.
