I share my name with something bright and glowing, because I’m really just a sweet, gentle soul who wants nothing more than to shine for my very own family.

I came to the shelter with my friend, Tiny, on February 20th, after our owner moved and couldn’t take us along. It’s been a big change for me, and while I try to be brave, I truly miss having a home to call my own.

I can be a little shy when we first meet, but give me a moment and you’ll see my light start to glow.
Once I feel safe, my playful side comes out in the best way. I love stretching my legs with zoomies, exploring the yard, and showing off my happy wiggles. Toys are so much fun, and I never say no to a comfy bed or a soft blanket. After playtime, I’m more than ready to settle in close and soak up every bit of affection you’re willing to give.

Waiting hasn’t been easy. I watch people walk by and hope they’ll stop to say hello. I may not always be the bravest dog in the room, but my heart is full of loyalty and love just waiting to be shared.
I know the right family will see past my shy beginnings and discover the devoted, loving girl I truly am.

I have been spayed already, so there are no geographical limitations for my adoption.
