Meet Sequoia, a 6-year-old gentle and sweet soul with the kind of face that makes you want to hand over every treat you own. One look into her soulful eyes and you just know this precious girl has a lifetime of stories behind her.

Sequoia is currently living in a foster home, where she's proving to be a true model houseguest. She's fully housetrained and crate trained, lives happily with teenage children, and spends much of her time doing one of her favorite activities: sleeping. Treats are absolutely the way to her heart, and she's never shy about accepting them.

When she's awake, Sequoia has a playful side too. She loves to destroy stuffed toys and proudly distribute the fluff all over the living room (clean-up crew required-lol!). She enjoys chasing tennis balls, even if she hasn't quite figured out that bringing them back means the fun continues, and she loves a good game of tug with her people.

Sequoia also gets along well with the resident dog in her foster home. It took her a little time to warm up, but now she enjoys gentle play sessions, respects boundaries, and happily takes breaks when playtime is done. She also loves car rides-she doesn't care where she's going, she just wants to be included. Sequoia is truly a treasure and can't wait to share her heart with a family of her very own.
