She’s not the type to bowl you over with slobbery kisses the second you walk through the door she has standards, okay? Domino prefers to play it cool at first, but once you’ve officially passed the friend test, you’ve basically signed up for a permanent, furry shadow.

We think Domino is a beautiful Pit Bull Terrier mix, weighing in at a sturdy 51lbs. She’s a medium sized adventure buddy who’s equally skilled at conquering mountain trails and claiming exactly 50% of your couch for her professional-grade napping. Like all our favorite mystery blends, her exact breed is a guess, but her heart is 100% verified! She’s built for adventures and ready to be your favorite plus one.

This butt wiggling extraordinaire who is currently living her best life in a foster home is Domino! She’s a pro level roommate who already knows the house rules. A certified good girl who’s already mastered the art of being a polite house guest, got her routine down! She knows exactly where to go when nature calls and considers her crate her own private "Do Not Disturb" suite. Domino’s been interning with tiny humans, so she’s totally unfazed by the happy chaos of a busy home. She doesn’t just fit into the family life she lives for it. To Domino, we’re all just one big group of friends sharing a very comfortable floor!


When it comes to other pups, Domino is the cool girl at the park. She is very aloof and polite, preferring to do her own thing rather than engage in wild wrestling matches. She would be an amazing match for a home with medium to low energy dogs who respect her personal space. While she can be a little bossy, she knows her worth! She is also perfectly happy to be your one and only, reigning as the undisputed queen of the household.


While Domino is full of love, she’s decided that the feline lifestyle just isn't for her. She is a no cats allowed kind of gal and is looking for a home where she doesn't have to worry about any kitty roommates.



Because Domino is still perfecting her supermodel walk on the leash, she would love a home with a fenced in yard where she can zoom and wiggle to her heart's content. She’s a girl who loves her routine and needs a little time to decompress, but once she’s comfortable, she is the most rewarding partner you could ask for. Her favorite hobby? Coming when called for a full body wiggle butt greeting!

We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Our transport includes drop off locations, in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for for Canadian adopters). You will have the opportunity to track their journey in real time, see photo updates, learn fun facts, connect with fellow adopters and fosters through our private Facebook event page!
Before the adoption is finalized, you will meet your pet through a video call, creating a fun and personalized experience!
The adoption fee is $1,200.00 and includes all vetting (DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12 month heartworm preventative injectable, heartworm test and treatment if needed, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and priceless years of love and loyal companionship!

At our 2 acre Texas based property, we assess every animal with trainers on staff, we modify behavior as needed, and create individualized behavior plans to help prepare dogs for their future families including crate training, potty training, leash walking, etc. Our fosters are able to attend group training and socialization play groups helping them stay confident, well rounded, and adoption-ready. Our on-site trainers are dedicated to each dog’s growth and we enjoy seeing their progress!
We go above and beyond to ensure every animal receives exceptional care. Veterinarians consistently praise our medical standards. From routine care to advanced treatments, each dog receives personalized attention. Hard costs for a healthy dog range from $804-$920; heartworm-positive dogs or those needing specialized care can exceed $2,000+. Adoption fees help cover a portion of these expenses, but without government funding, we rely on fundraising to bridge the gap—ranging from $100–$1,000+ per dog.
Our adoption fees reflect the extensive care and resources that go into each animal we save. The adoption fee is a donation to the mission and goes far beyond getting a fully vetted pet.
