Milo's owner has had a drastic shift in work requirements and is no longer able to care for Milo. She loves him very much, but Milo's favorite spot is near his person, and rather than keep him kenneled for 10+ hours a day, she would like to find him a loving home.

Milo is a happy, healthy, five-year-old Corgi. His leash manners could use some work, but he loves walks. Milo knows many commands, including sit, down, stay, and heel. Milo is crate and potty-trained. He happily puts himself to bed at night and sleeps quietly in his crate. Milo considers himself the general of his house and can take a few minutes to warm up to new people. He requires slow introductions with new dogs and has shown a healthy respect for the cats he has encountered. He does well around children 10 and up and would love someone he could be active with. Milo is highly food motivated and has never met a snack he didn't like. He even loves his veggies!

All interested adopters must have/understand ALL of the following before being considered as a potential adopter. We take placing an animal's life in your hands very seriously and want to ensure we are doing what is best for both the animal and you.

- Valid Driver's License
- Be over the age of 23
- Renters must show proof or provide information to verify that the pet is allowed at the residence
- Be willing to have an in-person interview to go over expectations for both you and the animal
- Be willing to have a Love And Rescue volunteer do a home visit
- Dog Adoption Fee: $150/Cat Adoption Fee: $100
- Out of town adoptions for Dogs and Cats: $300
