Just one look at that smile and you'll understand how she got her name!
Sugar is an 8-year-old, 14-pound sweetheart who was found abandoned on a rural Illinois road with her best friend, Goldie. Thankfully, those days are behind her, and now she's ready for the happy ending she deserves.
This little supermodel is the total package. She's potty trained (and potty pad trained), loves dogs of all sizes, is great with men, and has a gentle, easygoing personality. She hasn't spent time around kids in foster, but we think she'd likely do just fine.
Sugar does have two tiny quirks: she'd rather skip the kibble buffet, and she's not a fan of crates. Honestly? We can all respect a girl who knows what she likes.
Sugar and Goldie can be adopted together or separately. If you're looking for a loyal little companion with a million-dollar smile, Sugar is ready to steal your heart.
