Rugar - Papillon and Brittany Spaniel Dog Available for Adoption in Metropolis, Illinois

Rugar is approximately 1 year old and possibly a papillon/spaniel mix. He weighs 17 pounds and is much taller than a Papillon. He is energetic, friendly and likes the other dogs here. Rugar was pulled from the local pound after no one claimed him. We are not sure if he is house trained or not. He has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped and his adoption fee is $150.
