Lexie is an absolute darling! She is a thirteen-year-old Papillon mix who adores her sister, Sasha, and looks to her for guidance. These little senior gals were surrendered into our program because they were at risk of euthanasia after their owner began to suffer from mobility issues and could no longer care for them.

Lexie can be a bit shy and timid when meeting new people, but Sasha’s presence always gives her more confidence. Like her sister, she is housebroken and healthy. She loves to lay on the couch at home and watch true crime documentaries before falling asleep. Sunny spots in the yard or by a window are some of her favorite things, along with taking gentle walks outside and sniffing things along the way.

Lexie and Sasha must be adopted as a pair! Please consider giving these amazing girls their true forever home! They are wonderful with other dogs and cats and so deserve a happy and peaceful retirement!
