Papillon and Chihuahua Dogs Available for Adoption in Suffolk, Virginia

Jelly is a cute little mixed dog that was surrendered due to no fault of her own. It took a couple of weeks before she felt comfortable enough for me to pick her up, but once she likes you, she will follow you anywhere. She is house trained, crate trained and leash trained (although it has been awhile since she has been on a walk). She gets along with other small dogs, but is a little bit unsure of what to do as her sister was always bullying her!!
