Charlette - Norwich Terrier and Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in West Hollywood, California
CHARLETTE
Norwich Terrier, Mixed Breed
🇺🇸
West Hollywood, California
September 6th
female, small, young
DESCRIPTION
Charlotte was abandoned once. She treats breakfast like a religious experience and considers your lap her personal property the second you sit down. Honestly, we've met humans with less personality.
Charlotte was found tied to the front of South LA Animal Shelter along with three of her brothers, and came out the other side with zero chip on her shoulder about it. She took one look at her situation, decided it wasn't going to define her, and moved on with her life like a girl who has better things to do than dwell.
She's an absolute professional on a leash, which puts her ahead of most people you know. She does have Opinions about anyone at the front door and will announce it to the entire house, but give her ten seconds and she remembers she's not actually in charge of security here. She's deeply, aggressively affectionate, the kind of dog who becomes part of your lap situation the moment you sit down and disappears into pure bliss over a chew toy.
Approximately 3-4 years old
18.8 lbs
Mostly house trained (working on the rare accident)
Crate trained
Great on leash
Good with other dogs, big or small
Good with kids
Affectionate to a professional degree
Unknown with cats
She's already decided your house is hers. You just have to sign the paperwork. Someone's about to get very lucky.

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
The Norwich Terrier is a small, spirited breed known for its alert and fearless nature. With a sturdy build and a wiry coat that can be shades of red, black and tan, or wheaten, the Norwich Terrier is an affectionate and loyal companion. Originally bred for hunting rodents, they are energetic, intelligent, and great with families. Their prick ears and expressive eyes give them a charming appearance, and their playful demeanor makes them popular as both a companion and a show dog.
