Meet Bear — a 3-year-old Newfoundland/St. Bernard mix with a heart just as big as he is! Weighing in at 140 pounds, this handsome boy is the definition of a gentle giant. Bear is incredibly sweet, respectful, and loves being around his people. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will happily follow you from room to room, Bear is your guy! Bear is crate trained, potty trained, and has done well meeting dogs both big and small — even tiny 9-pound pups. He’s also met kids and has been wonderful with them. He absolutely adores attention, especially belly rubs and pets, and will gladly soak up all the love you can give. Like many big dogs, Bear is still working on some manners when he gets excited, including jumping up to say hello, and we’re also continuing to improve his leash skills. Overall, though, he is an amazing boy with so much love to give. If you want a loving shadow, a cuddle buddy, and a best friend all rolled into one giant fluffy package, Bear might just be your perfect match!

All of our adoption fees include veterinary exam, age appropriate vaccines (up to date at time of adoption) spay/neuter, microchip and deworming.
